There is a prominent saying “Hardwork Always Pay off”. I think it’s one of the best practice which Indian firms should start with.
The general exercise they follow is giving employee of the month & some voucher. Some concrete steps toward this needs to be implement.
One need to set the benchmark for an individual or a team. As it is not only individual who does the work, there is always a team effort behind a success. Also not create friction among the team is also what one should need to adhere.
